Slovakia: New Consumer Arbitration Procedure
Based on the new Act No. 335/2014 Coll. a special type of alternative dispute resolution will be established as of January 1, 2015, close to arbitration, which shall resolve consumer disputes – with the enhanced protection of consumer rights in a new, specific type of consumer friendly procedure.

Czech Republic: Amendment of Civil Procedure
On September 22, 2014 the government approved a draft amendment to the Civil Procedure and Enforcement Procedure, which provides inter alia for the recovery of debts in cases of common ownership of married couple.

Cambell´s Advisory Group (CAG) was launched in 2014 but iniciated much earlier. You can expect a first electronic issue of CAG Journal etc. – which will enable to refer to our group – soon. CAG platform will comment on various issues.

Michal is an owner and CEO at Znalecky institut, s.r.o./Expert Institute Ltd. since September 2010. Michal is a registered valuer expert appointed by the Regional Court in Prague for Economic Valuations of Motor Vehicles. He has an extensive experience in car appraising and claim investigating, and is dedicated to providing the best services with a professional approach.

Peter COMPEL, Czech attorney, founded and joined CAG group
Peter Compel, previous partner of AK VKS, who has been working in his own law firm from 2010, managed to gather experts from four different fields and founded CAG group – an international professional group of attorneys, tax advisors, auditors and appraisal experts. Peter Compel´ specializes in commercial law, corporate law, civil law, procedural law, transportation law, administrative law, constitutional law etc.

New software for law firms
Peter Compel, CAG member for the Czech Republic, developed together with Kamar sofware a new application for law firms in CZ and SK. This program helps law firms with time-sheets, monthly billing and invoicing. Once ENG version is prepared, the interested CAG members will evaluate the possible use of this program in other CAG member countries.
This application is the first commercial project within the CAG network.
