Slovakia - New Act on Public Procurement
New Act on Public Procurement was passed in Slovakia (No. 343/2015), entering into force on April 18, 2016.
Based on implementation of the EU legislation, the new Act on Public Procurement also introduces novelties, such as the contract award procedure, obligation to enforce smaller companies by subdividing the contracts, as well as changes in the legal protection area and numerous other clarifications.".

New software for law firms
Peter Compel, CAG member for the Czech Republic, developed together with Kamar sofware a new application for law firms in CZ and SK. This program helps law firms with time-sheets, monthly billing and invoicing. Once ENG version is prepared, the interested CAG members will evaluate the possible use of this program in other CAG member countries.
This application is the first commercial project within the CAG network.
