Krassimira Zhekova is a registered IP attorney and attorney-at-law, member of the Sofia Bar since 2002. She has 12+ years of experience in corporate and M&A law, employment, banking and finance law. Some of her professional engagements include resolving employment issues and preparation of lease agreements for large international real estate owners, providing legal support to the Bulgarian subsidiary of a regional investment broker, licensing of payment services providers and financial institutions, counselling the Bulgarian operations of a Global Top Three retailer specialising in the hypermarket format, etc. Krassimira Zhekova is fluent in Bulgarian (native) and English.
